Red Cross

Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington | 2023

Red Cross indicated a desire to upskill and build the capacity of their staff so they have the knowledge and tools to deal with conflict and work with members and volunteers in a relational yet productive way.

We delivered a full-day workshop for staff to explore the principles of building social cohesion and working with different groups of people. The focus on applying these principles to real-life scenarios involving staff, members, volunteers and the community helped attendees to develop practical skills that they can apply in their work.

We created a bespoke reference guide based on our findings at the workshop. This tool is available for current and future Red Cross staff members.
