Diana Mitchell

Diana's career began in the fashion industry, where she spent more than a decade working across design, product development and digital operations. This experience developed her ability to think creatively, work across disciplines, and bring ideas to life from concept through to delivery.

Alongside her professional career, Diana became increasingly involved in local community organisations and grassroots initiatives. Through this work, she developed a strong interest in community-led change and the role that participation plays in creating thriving places. This journey ultimately led her to Community Think, where she combines her creative background with practical problem-solving and digital operations to support projects that strengthen communities across Aotearoa.

She enjoys making the most of Aotearoa’s natural landscape and finds inspiration in the connection between people and place. She’s interested in living more sustainably and exploring how everyday choices can support a healthier environment and stronger communities.
