Maree Beaven

Maree is passionate about helping people discover and make the most of their strengths. A trained Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, she brings a deep belief in the potential of individuals and communities.

Maree has a strong background in community-led development, having played key roles in the Randwick Park Collective and now working in Papakura and Manurewa on a variety of projects in her neighbourhood. She also coaches the weavers in Onehunga and Mount Wellington.

She’s energised by working with the unique character of each local community, supporting people to grow confidence, connection, and capability.
